I am all in for tech advances but this is becoming overly complicated; my initial call to Audi digital services was very good and they resolved my issue, but today's call did not, despite the lady being polite and trying to help- she had. Hopefully it really is an Audi cloud/server issue rather than my etron GT going bad.
